述曰：第二總結上二句頌，次釋下二句。於中有二：初解、「有諸趣」；後解、「有涅槃」等。解「有趣」中有三：初、總解頌；次、別解；後、總結。此等初也。

The Commentary states: The second part concludes the upper two lines of the verse in general; next it explains the lower two lines. Within this there are two parts: first, explaining "there are all destinies"; afterwards, explaining "there is nirvāṇa," etc. In explaining "there are destinies" there are three parts: first, generally explaining the verse; next, explaining specifically; afterwards, concluding in general. This is the first.
