述曰：謂由有前第二句說，能與現行一切法等為所依識。頌中有字貫通二處，謂在此識能有之中，及下諸趣、涅槃證得所有之中。又「由有此識」言，貫通下染、淨所有之中。

The Commentary states: It means: because of what is stated in the preceding second line, the consciousness that can serve as the support for all active phenomena, etc. The word "exists" (has) in the verse runs through both places: that is, within what this consciousness can have, and within what the destinies and the realization of nirvāṇa below have. Furthermore, the words "because this consciousness exists" run through the defiled and purified states that exist below.
