述曰：彼復救解：若生下界非串習定，可藉散意引生彼定。下串習力後生彼時，定心率爾能現在前，故無過失。

The Commentary states: They rescue their explanation again: If born in lower realms without habituated meditative concentration, one may rely on distracted mind to induce that concentration. When later born there by the power of habituation in the lower realms, the concentrated mind can abruptly become present, so there is no fault.
