述曰：至下當知。此世親有，經部師計亦同上座。自下第四正破經部，兼破薩婆多。

The Commentary states: This will be known below. This was mentioned by Vasubandhu; the Sautrāntika master's tenet is also the same as the Sthavira's. Below is the fourth part, directly refuting the Sautrāntikas while concurrently refuting the Sarvāstivādins.
