述曰：許大地法皆滅盡故。經部本立三大地，及三心行，謂思、受、想，皆名心行，受、想勝故彼偏得名。自下體違名失。

The Commentary states: Because it is admitted that all the mahābhūmika-dharmas have completely ceased. The original Sautrāntika posits three mahābhūmika [dharmas] and three mental activities—namely cetanā, vedanā, and saṃjñā—all of which are called mental activities. Because vedanā and saṃjñā are preeminent, they are singled out for the name. From here below is the error of the entity contradicting the name.
