述曰：經部以思分位名為信等，此位非無。思等既滅，信等善法亦無，非是遍行諸法滅已，餘非遍行法可在故。

The Commentary states: The Sautrāntika designates states of cetanā as śraddhā and the rest; they are not absent in this state. Since cetanā and the rest have ceased, wholesome dharmas such as śraddhā are also absent, for it is not the case that after all omnipresent dharmas have ceased, other non-omnipresent dharmas may still remain.
