述曰：此無心位，受、相應有；許大地故；如思等法。此則例以大地法齊如思說有。
The Commentary states: In this mindless state, vedanā and saṃjñā should exist; because they are admitted to be mahābhūmika; like dharmas such as cetanā. This parallels them as mahābhūmika-dharmas of equal status, asserted to exist just as cetanā does.
