述曰：此應有想；有受故；如餘散心等位。既爾則應一切心所無不皆有，何得獨言無有受、想？
The Commentary states: Here saṃjñā should exist; because vedanā exists; like in other states of distracted citta. Since this is so, then all caitasikas without exception should exist; why uniquely assert that vedanā and saṃjñā do not exist?
