述曰：前難中云：受、想二法如尋、伺是遍行法故，故彼滅定位心定應滅。彼若復言：此非遍行故可滅也。

The Commentary states: In the previous objection it was stated: The two dharmas vedanā and saṃjñā, like vitarka and vicāra, are omnipresent dharmas; therefore, in that state of the absorption of cessation, citta should definitely cease. If they further say: "These are not omnipresent, and therefore can cease."
