述曰：論主難云：即所依身亦應無因而更得生，許無因生故。前染業果無惑不生，難彼言煩惱應無因生。彼若更言無所依故，准此為難。然文略巧，初後顯之。

The Commentary states: The author of the Treatise challenges them: Then the body that serves as the support should also be able to arise again without a cause, since you admit that there is arising without a cause. Previously, with regard to defiled karma and its result, which cannot arise without defilements, he challenged them by saying that the defilements should arise without a cause. If they were further to say that it is because of the absence of a support, one should raise a challenge following this model. However, the text is concise and skillful, clarifying it at the beginning and the end.
