述曰：第三、總結。染、淨二法皆依此有，轉識不能無始恒有，為染、淨法總、別依故。總結上也。

[The Commentary states:] Third is the general conclusion. Both defiled and pure factors exist relying on this, because the evolving consciousnesses cannot exist continuously from beginningless time to serve as the general and distinct support for defiled and pure factors. This concludes the above.
