述曰：第三解中有二：初、科；後、配。此初也。或復初句顯此識體無始相續，後三顯與三種自性為所依止。此總科已，下別屬當。

[The Commentary states:] Within the third explanation there are two parts: first, the structural analysis; next, the matching. This is the first. Or again, the first line reveals that the substance of this consciousness is continuous from beginningless time, and the latter three reveal that it serves as the support for the three intrinsic natures. Having provided this general structural analysis, below it is specifically matched.
