述曰：二、立理有二：初標宗；後引證。實種自類相生不俱，若生現行決定俱有，所以得知。

The Commentary states: Second, establishing the principle has two parts: first, stating the tenet; later, citing proof. In reality, seeds producing their own kind are not simultaneous; if they produce manifest activity, they are definitely simultaneous. How is this known?
