述曰：其喻可知，此即所依亦名為依，依義通故。諸無為法與有為法能為緣故，亦是有為諸法之依，可託彼生故；諸有為法非無為依，不託此等而生、住故。

[The Commentary states:] Its simile is understandable; this means that a "support" (āśraya) is also called a "reliance", because the meaning of "reliance" is broad. Unconditioned dharmas can serve as conditions for conditioned dharmas, and are therefore also reliances for conditioned dharmas, because they can be born in reliance upon them; conditioned dharmas are not reliances for the unconditioned, because [the unconditioned] does not obtain birth or abidance by relying on them.
