述曰：安惠等解，文有其二：一、破斥；二、申正義。破中有三：一、總非；二、別破；三、結。此即第一，撥前全非，故言未究。

The Commentary states: This is Sthiramati's explanation. The text has two parts: 1. refutation; 2. setting forth the correct meaning. In the refutation, there are three parts: 1. general rejection; 2. specific refutation; 3. conclusion. This is the first, completely dismissing the previous position, hence saying that it 'does not fathom'.
