The Commentary states: Explaining the text on the ten as omnipresent. As for the twenty-two, wrong desire and resolve are clearly subsumed within them, and this also excludes the indeterminates. 'Secondary' excludes the fundamental; 'understanding pervading coarse and subtle' excludes the ten such as anger. 'The two natures' excludes non-shame and non-conscience; pervading the latter two meanings is why they are called 'omnipresent.' It speaks of ten, not the remaining dharmas. Although the twenty-two and so forth exclude other dharmas, they are not the meaning of omnipresence; therefore the three texts of the treatises do not contradict logic either.
