述曰：我見即是別境所攝，五十一心所中義，別說為二：一、惠是別境，通三性、九地故；二、見唯染污，通九地等故。既有寬狹別說不同，故開為二。如不以見即惠體，故別說見；今亦不以惠即見故，別說惠也。

The Commentary states: Self-view is subsumed under the particular objects; in the meaning of the fifty-one caitasikas, it is differentiated and stated as two: first, wisdom belongs to the particular objects, pervading three natures and nine stages; second, view is exclusively defiled, pervading the nine stages, etc. Since there is a distinction of broader and narrower scopes stated differently, they are opened into two. Just as view is not treated merely as the substance of wisdom and thus view is stated separately; so now, wisdom is not treated merely as view, and thus wisdom is stated separately.
