述曰：下此識俱申正義也，初顯有；後辨無。此相應法心所十九，前九、六隨，如文可解。并別境中念、定、惠三，及加惛沈。

The Commentary states: Below, [the master] sets forth the correct doctrine regarding what is associated with this consciousness. First, he shows what is present; later, he determines what is absent. The mental factors associated with this [seventh consciousness] number nineteen: the previous nine and six secondary afflictions, as can be understood from the text, together with three of the particular-object factors—mindfulness, concentration, and discernment—and adding lethargy.
