述曰：無別境欲及勝解二，及染污中邪欲勝解、忿等前十二，并不定四，如前第一、第二師說。互有無者，此略說之。餘如上說，應可知也。

The Commentary states: There are neither desire nor resolve among the particular-object factors, nor are there evil desire, evil resolve, the twelve previous ones such as anger among the defiled factors, nor the four indeterminate factors, just as stated by the first and second masters previously. As for their mutual presence and absence, it has been briefly stated here; the rest should be understood as explained above.
