5.365

述曰：下解識俱。初顯有也，有二十四，謂前九法、十隨煩惱，加別境五，准前理釋。五十三心所各各別說，故攝惠等。

The Commentary states: Below, he explains what is associated with this consciousness. First, he shows what is present: there are twenty-four, namely the previous nine factors and ten secondary afflictions, adding the five particular-object factors, explained according to the principle before. The fifty-three mental factors are each explained individually, and thus include discernment and so forth.
