述曰：下顯遍隨。染心定有八隨惑俱，加第一師三，加第二師二，彼無惛、掉故；除第三師二。

The Commentary states: Below is the explanation of the universal secondary afflictions. Defiled minds are definitely conjoined with the eight secondary afflictions, adding three to the first master's [five], adding two to the second master's [six] because they lacked torpor and restlessness, and removing two from the third master's [ten].
