述曰：此在因中初地已去、已轉依位，有非所繫，是無漏故。前所繫言亦通法執，是彼類故。

The Commentary states: In the causal state from the first bhūmi onward, in the state where the basis has been transformed, there is that which is not bound, because it is uncontaminated. The earlier word "bound" also applies to the grasping of phenomena, because it belongs to that category.
