述曰：次解滅盡定。滅盡定中何故不起？聖道後得無漏觀之等流是彼果故，猶如涅槃極寂靜故，與彼相違，故亦非有。

The Commentary states: Next is the explanation of the cessation attainment. Why does it not arise in the cessation attainment? Because it is the outflow and the fruit of the uncontaminated contemplation of the noble path and subsequently attained [wisdom], and because, like nirvāṇa, it is exceedingly tranquil; since it contradicts that, this too does not exist.
