述曰：後顯前二滅已後生。小乘人空，菩薩法觀引者，生及法執，隨其所應，亦不現行，出觀後行，未永斷故。《對法》第二、《大論》六十三、《顯揚》十九、十七等同。

The Commentary states: Next, it shows that after the former two are extinguished, it arises again. What is induced by the contemplation of personal emptiness in the Lesser Vehicle and the contemplation of phenomena in the bodhisattva—as well as the grasping at phenomena—does not actively manifest, corresponding to each; but after emerging from contemplation it operates again, because it has not yet been permanently severed. The second fascicle of the Abhidharma-samuccaya, fascicle sixty-three of the Yogācārabhūmi-śāstra, fascicles nineteen and seventeen of the Prakaraṇāryavācā, and so forth are identical.
