述曰：於二乘等，等諸異生，雖名不染，於菩薩名為染，障菩薩智故。由此法執通二無記，望二乘是無覆，望菩薩亦名有覆無記，不障二乘故。

The Commentary states: For the two vehicles and so forth—"and so forth" encompasses all pṛthagjanas—although it is called undefiled, for bodhisattvas it is called defiled, because it obstructs the bodhisattva's wisdom. Because of this, the attachment to dharmas encompasses both kinds of indeterminate (avyākṛta): from the perspective of the two vehicles it is un-obscured (anivṛta), while from the perspective of bodhisattvas it is also called obscured-indeterminate (nivṛtāvyākṛta), because it does not obstruct the two vehicles.
