述曰：謂《入楞伽》上下無量文，及《佛地經》等亦爾，說有平等智。《莊嚴論》說轉第七識得，此唯大乘所信。
The Commentary states: That is, there are countless passages throughout the Laṅkāvatāra, and the Buddhabhūmi-sūtra and others are also like this, which speak of the wisdom of equality. The Mahāyānasūtrālaṃkāra states that it is attained by transforming the seventh consciousness; this is believed only in the Mahāyāna.
