述曰：有漏現行起故，熏成有漏種，後時善等起有漏義成；亦非無始無因故成有漏，亦非漏種逐故成有漏。

The Commentary states: Because sāsrava actualizations arise, they perfume and form sāsrava seeds; when wholesome and other [dharmas] arise later, their meaning of being sāsrava is established. Nor do they become sāsrava beginninglessly without a cause, nor do they become sāsrava merely because outflow seeds pursue them.
