述曰：無學有漏，雖非漏俱，而猶先時有漏種起故成有漏。《對法》第三云：漏種類者，謂無學身諸有漏法，以先有漏後名種類。小乘等不然，先無有漏種子故，今亦非種類。

The Commentary states: Although sāsrava [dharmas] of those beyond training do not co-occur with outflows, they still become sāsrava because they arise from prior sāsrava seeds. The third fascicle of the Abhidharma-samuccaya-bhāṣya states: 'Kinds of outflows' refers to all sāsrava dharmas in the body of one beyond training, designated as 'kinds' because of prior outflows. This is not the case for the Hīnayāna and others: because they do not admit prior sāsrava seeds, for them [such dharmas] are not 'kinds' now either.
