述曰：第三，總結。若有第七恒起我執，故善等法成有漏也，即是《攝論》我執不有失，望此極差。

The Commentary states: Third, general conclusion. Because there is the seventh consciousness perpetually giving rise to self-grasping, wholesome and other dharmas become sāsrava; this corresponds to the fallacy in the Mahāyānasaṃgraha of 'the non-existence of self-grasping', which contrasts sharply with this.
