述曰：總第三文也。此有二義：一隨轉理門，依小根器，未建立於第七、八者說故。

The Commentary states: This is the general third text. This contains two meanings: first, an accommodated teaching conforming to disciples, spoken in accordance with lesser faculties for whom the seventh and eighth consciousnesses had not yet been established.
