述曰：下辨處位：初明悅受；復明迫受。欲界、初定隨應皆樂，由前理故。

The Commentary states: Below is the determination of realms and stages: first, clarifying agreeable feelings; next, clarifying tormenting feelings. In the desire realm and the first dhyāna, according to what is appropriate, all are pleasure, due to the aforementioned reasoning.
