5.993

述曰：此中所說一切義意，餘二偏注，不偏注等，皆如前說。由斯理故，三受容俱。即以五十一、《顯揚》第一、十七等證。此亦有二師：一、五識一念；二、相續。一一如前三性中敘。此約因位。

The Commentary states: All meanings and intentions stated here, such as the other two being intently focused or not intently focused, are entirely as explained before. By this principle, the three feelings can be simultaneous. This is proven by chapter fifty-one, and chapters one and seventeen of the Prakaraṇāryavācā, etc. Here too there are two masters: first, the five consciousnesses in a single thought-moment; second, in continuity. Each is as narrated before under the three natures. This is according to the causal stage.
