述曰：今應難曰：諸部對法，展轉相違，非是根本佛所說故。汝等如何執彼對法以為定量？總非諸部。

The Commentary states: We should now object: The Abhidharmas of the various schools mutually contradict each other and were not spoken by the fundamental Buddha. How can you cling to that Abhidharma as a valid authority? This is a general rejection of all the schools.
