述曰：唯五是遍行，如前引經。說十非經，不應固執。須依本經，非末論故。既別說已，次總結之。

The Commentary states: Only the five are omnipresent, as in the sūtra cited earlier. The mention of ten is not from a sūtra, so one should not obstinately cling to it. One must rely on the root sūtras, not on derivative treatises. Having differentiated them, it next concludes generally.
