述曰：餘四通四受，除苦。勝解等四，五識無故，亦非意地有苦根也。前第一師意中無苦，五無欲等之師義也。

The Commentary states: The remaining four associate with four feelings, excluding suffering. Resolve and the other four are absent in the five consciousnesses, and the mental stage does not have the faculty of suffering either. This is the doctrine of the first master, according to whom there is no suffering in the mental consciousness and the five consciousnesses lack desire and the like.
