述曰：能取正因等。等者，等取邪、俱相違相，如第三卷說，故是遍行。
The Commentary states: It can grasp the correct causes and so forth. "And so forth" includes the incorrect and mutually incompatible characteristics, as explained in the third fascicle; therefore it is omnipresent.
