述曰：二乘無學廻心，欣大菩提故；佛究竟果，樂盡未來際利樂有情故，皆得名不捨善軛。趣寂二乘亦利樂他，即波羅蜜者，略故不說。

The Commentary states: Those of the two vehicles in the stage of no-more-learning turn their minds, aspiring to great bodhi; and in the ultimate fruit of Buddhahood, one delights in benefiting and bringing happiness to sentient beings to the exhaustless ends of the future; therefore, all may be called 'not casting off the wholesome yoke.' Those of the two vehicles who tend toward quietude also benefit others, which refers to pāramitā; it is not stated because of brevity.
