述曰：於有情不損惱，非謂不斷命，不斷命是無瞋故。故此但約不損惱事，餘文可知。問：此既無瞋，何須別立？

The Commentary states: Not harming sentient beings does not mean not severing life, for not severing life belongs to non-ill-will. Therefore, this refers merely to matters of not harming; the rest of the text is understandable. Question: Since this is simply non-ill-will, why must it be established separately?
