述曰：自下第三，諸門分別，於中有十二，第一義攝所餘。頌云：「行捨及不害」，此因解「及」字，謂「及」顯善十一之外，更有義別心所，謂欣、厭等。梵云：遮有二義：一、及；二、等。不能置等言故，總有及字。「及」字有二義：一、顯十一各各體別，即相違釋；二、顯十一外心所。今論但約等取餘法一義解也。

The Commentary states: Below is the third part: analysis according to various categories, which contains twelve [discussions]. The first is the inclusion of remaining factors in terms of meaning. The verse says: 'Equanimity in the formative factors and non-harming.' Here, based on explaining the word 'and' (ca): it means 'and' reveals that outside of the eleven wholesome factors, there are further mental factors with different meanings, namely rejoicing, revulsion, and so forth. In Sanskrit, ca has two meanings: first, 'and'; second, 'and so forth'. Because the word 'and so forth' could not be placed [due to meter], the word 'and' is used inclusively. The word 'and' has two meanings: first, to show that the entities of the eleven are each distinct, which is an itaretarayoga compound; second, to reveal mental factors outside the eleven. The present treatise explains it solely according to the one meaning of including other factors by 'and so forth'.
