述曰：翻隨二法不慳、不憍，此是無貪一分，彼是貪之分故。「隨應」之言，前厭惠俱，此不爾故，又各各翻。「等」者，依八十九等取不研求，乃至不家勢尋等十八種。

The Commentary states: Reversing the two secondary factors, non-avarice and non-arrogance: these are parts of non-greed, because those are parts of greed. The words 'as appropriate' are used because previously revulsion was conjoined with wisdom, whereas these are not, and because they are reversed individually. 'And so forth' relies on the eighty-ninth fascicle to include eighteen types, from non-investigation up to thought free from household power.
