述曰：外人問曰：何緣前說除別境等體外，合根本二十六隨煩惱中，十一別翻為善，餘者此中及諸論中不別翻之。有何所以？
The Commentary states: An opponent asks: For what reason, among the twenty-six afflictions combining the root and secondary ones—excluding the essences of the object-determining factors and so on previously explained—are eleven separately inverted into wholesome [factors], while the rest are not separately inverted here or in other treatises? What is the reason?
