述曰：論主答曰：此「諸染法遍六識者，勝故翻之」，以能染體遍多識故，過失流滿多識中故。

The Commentary states: The author of the treatise answers: "Those defiled factors that pervade the six consciousnesses, being superior, are inverted," because their defiling essence pervades multiple consciousnesses, and because their fault overflows into multiple consciousnesses.
