述曰：失念、散亂、不正知等，雖有癡分及別境分性、相相翻，翻入別境善少分故，善中不說。餘慢等七、忿等九如前。

The Commentary states: Although forgetful mindfulness, distraction, incorrect knowing, and the like have fractions of delusion and fractions of object-determining factors whose natures and marks directly invert each other, because they invert into fractions of wholesome object-determining factors, they are not mentioned among the wholesome factors. The remaining seven such as pride, and nine such as anger, are as explained before.
