述曰：此之二法各有別相，體是異類，崇善拒惡故。依於自、他增上雖別，而境是同，一時俱起遍善心有。前自體中已成立訖。

The Commentary states: These two factors each have distinct marks and are of different categories in essence, because they esteem the good and reject the evil. Although their reliance on the predominance of self or others differs, their cognitive object is the same, and they co-arise at the same time, existing in all wholesome minds. This has already been established above under their self-essences.
