述曰：此釋難也。彼五十五依決定時信增，止染時慚、愧增等，非無餘法。即是依彼彼增，緣有六非一故，說「彼彼增」言。「作此此說」者，依決定時等信增故，遂言決定時有信等，六類非一，作此此說也。非無十法恒遍善心，若爾如何？

The Commentary states: This explains the objection. Fascicle 55 [of the Yogācārabhūmi] relies on faith being predominant at the time of determination, shame and dread being predominant at the time of stopping defilement, and so forth; it does not mean the other dharmas are absent. That is to say, relying on the predominance of this or that factor, because the conditions are six and not one, it speaks of 'the predominance of this or that.' 'To make this or that statement' means that because faith is predominant at the time of determination and so forth, it thereupon states that faith and so forth exist at the time of determination; the six categories are not one, hence this or that statement is made. It does not mean that the ten dharmas do not constantly pervade wholesome minds. If so, how is it?
