述曰：下引證。六十九末說：十善心所定地、不定地皆遍善心，定地之中，增輕安故。十恒遍善，有時增十一。問：此言定地增輕安，何者是定地？

The Commentary states: Below cites textual authority. The end of fascicle 69 states: The ten wholesome mental factors pervade wholesome minds in both meditative and non-meditative stages, and in the meditative stage, pliancy is added. The ten constantly pervade wholesome states, and at times eleven are present with the addition. Question: When it says that pliancy is added in the meditative stage, what constitutes the meditative stage?
