述曰：此中說疑迷於諦理猶豫，五十八中依五相別，謂他世、作用、因果、諦、寶。此中言諦亦攝彼盡，如理應思，即緣理、事俱是疑也。然疑杌為人，非此疑惑，或異熟心等。

The Commentary states: Here, doubt is explained as hesitating and being confused about the principle of the truths. In [fascicle] fifty-eight, it is distinguished into five aspects: other worlds, function, cause and effect, the truths, and the treasures. The word 'truths' here also subsumes all of them, which should be considered according to reason; thus, doubting in reference to either principles or phenomena is in both cases doubt. However, suspecting a post to be a person is not this [defiled] doubt and perplexity, but rather an indeterminate mind resulting from maturation, etc.
