述曰：文中有二：初總；次別。若善、惡相翻，惡唯不善。若毀責名惡，惡通有覆。今此五見名為惡者，毀訾名故。於諸諦理顛倒推度者，即唯迷理。雖緣有親疎，迷理義等故。

The Commentary states: In the text there are two parts: first general, then specific. If good and bad are opposed, bad is strictly unwholesome. If 'bad' means blameworthy, then 'bad' encompasses the defiled-indeterminate (nivṛtāvyākṛta). Here these five views are termed 'bad' because they are blameworthy. As for 'erroneously inferring with respect to the principles of the truths', this strictly confuses principle. Although the conditions have direct and indirect connections, the meaning of confusing principle is the same.
