述曰：結也。於此三中，第三最勝，境稍寬故。即七、八識無欲理生，正合前七識中，第四師義。

The Commentary states: A conclusion. Among these three, the third is superior, because its sphere is slightly broader. That is, the seventh and eighth consciousnesses having no desire arises by principle, which precisely accords with the opinion of the fourth master among the first seven consciousnesses above.
