6.70
述曰：即疑心中全無解起，即染心中少分無也。非審決心，亦無勝解，便通三性。
The Commentary states: That is, in a mind of doubt, there is no arising of resolve whatsoever; this means that in defiled minds it is absent in a small portion. In a mind that does not judge decisively, there is likewise no resolve; thus it pervades the three natures.
